For course-seeking students you will only have one institution- which is likely not confirmed at this stage. Don’t worry, you can confirm your host later once your placement is confirmed.
For research-focussed programs, you may have one or more host institutions. Please note your host institution/s should match those proposed in your application. Please note that if you need to change your proposed host institution for any reason, your Scholarships Officer will need a rationale from you submitted via email as a PDF. To make substantive changes to your program requires approval from Fulbright’s Scholarship Manager, Executive Director and our counterparts in the U.S. If you are in this situation, please reach out so we can assist.

From time to time the Commission is also contacted by our partners to offer you additional opportunities as part of your Scholarship. This includes our alumni association and U.S. partner Kansas State University, who invite scholars to visit their campus under a paid honorarium scheme.
The Fulbrighter app is a platform for grantees to connect, network, engage and collaborate with other Fulbrighters from around the world. You will receive an invitation to complete your registration and make your profile visible to all other Fulbrighters. If you do not take up this invitation within one month, your profile will not be activated.

The Fulbright Commission also seeks your agreement to use your media profile/publicity materials and photos for additional promotional purposes, e.g. media outlets, U.S. colleagues and universities, as well as in Fulbright Commission promotional resources such as website, posters, newsletters, annual reports and social media.
