My research focuses on the experiences of disabled disability services practitioners whose personal disability identity, coupled with professional expertise regarding disability in higher education, make them lived-experience experts. Beyond my specific project, higher education administration is an under-recognized specialization, and my research highlights both my professional experience and academic discipline.
